We want you to actually sleep better with Hushova — so we back it with a 100-night promise.
Your 100-night trial
You may request a refund within 100 nights of delivery if Hushova isn't helping you rest more easily.
Give it a fair try
Because sound therapy works as a nightly routine, we ask that you use Hushova on at least 30 nights before requesting a refund, so it has a fair chance to help.
How returns work
Email support@hushova.com within your 100 nights and we'll send return instructions. The device must reach us in good, resalable condition — undamaged, fully functional, not heavily soiled, with its charging cable and ideally the original packaging. After we receive and inspect it, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method.
Fair use
One refund per customer or household. We may decline refunds on items returned damaged, incomplete, or showing misuse, and on orders that show abuse of this policy.
The app
Lifetime access to the Hushova Sound-Match app is a free bonus and is non-refundable on its own; it simply ends if your order is refunded.
Shipping
Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Contact us within 14 days for a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
